A multi-billion-dollar, government-backed bank. I helped create the foundations for 12 SAFe Agile teams and designed products for risk pooling and transfer.
What I did
As part of a core consultancy group, I delivered the first-phase design system and product design, then guided the hand-off for second-phase implementation within a SAFe Agile framework.
Approach
Click tracking, A/B testing, tree testing, user interviews, focus groups, participatory design, concept testing, usability testing, and card sorting.
