My time at Kinnser - Home Health Care Software
For the past few months I've been working in Austin, Texas at Kinnser. They specialize in Home Care Management Software. Some of the projects have involved Medication profile, UB04, and other home health care related projects. The UB04 forms were printed on pre-printed forms, but user feedback indicated significant alignment problems. Talking with the developers, causes were determined to be the rendering engine of the browser and humidity in the paper at the time of printing. A technology assessment was done, and the UB04 form was redesigned as a pdf download. Once deployed, the new solution eliminated alignment printing problems, and solved a significant application pain point.
